Well, I tried to give some actual advice.

 

the serenading is good depending on a couple of factors:
1.if you have a ok voice and the chicks madly in love with you it won't matter.
2.semi horrible voice and i'd do it one a year.
3.your good but you sing all the freakin time. it's over.

( i have a friend who does it, it's really annoying. otherwise he's lovable)

old fashioned romancing is charming. Dancing i would love to do if the guy is patient.
Flowers=sweet. no matter what kind of chick it is i would think.

however you have to vary it up sometimes. do something surprising. take her on a hike, o and putt putt golf has many opportunities.....
