Abq Ladies Night In - in the planning stages for the next one

I hope it is...I'd like to get in on the next one...especially after having gotten to met some of you today...

 

defiantly need to do it again! I guess we can keep this thread going and just pick another date! Karen I had an awesome time saturday night and like I said it was so great meeting someone like you. Sorry I went on and on about Harry Potter the entire time. But theres only 18 days left!!! Karenec, when do you get back from Scotland again?

I get back on July 22. I fully expect to have HBP read by the time I get back. Then on July 30 I am going to Gigantour, and August 2 is my birthday, so anytime after that would be awesome!!!

Well, the Megadeath concert is the night of the 501st BBQ, so I don't want to tread on anyone's toes, but tickets are $10 for the lawn.

 

10 bucks is not bad for lawn. last concert I went to it was 25 bucks for lawn

I can see the guys don't crash the Ladies' Night In thread anything like the gals crash the Guys Night Out thread. I resent this. The women horn in on everything manly. First we had pants... Levi's. They took over that. We had teaching. They took over that. We had doctoring and lawyering... same thing.

But it doesn't seem to go in reverse. For example, the ladies had Outback Red, a fine and interesting line of quality clothing. Is there a men's line? No, I don't think so. There was cocktail waitress and exotic dancer... only those freaky Chippendales have ventured there. See what I mean?

So as far as I can see, there is no such thing as sexual equality. There is only women taking over the world, one institution at a time.

And Clem, we turn our back on you for one second, and they've got you wearing a tutu!! Geez, we guys should get our deal together and do some manly things, if there's anything manly left to do. Peeing al fresco, yeah. Hunting, we still sorta have that one. Fishing too. Guy movies... yeah. Explosives, car chases, machine gun fire, T&A. Check. TD bars? Lots of planning to do! When did you ladies say you were doing your thing?

 

um, this saturday at Bobs house - yeah, 7pm, wear your nitie and a wig (just in case)
