According to the 1st and original trailer for ESB it is pronounced 'Lan-dow'

That compliments well the fact that whats-his-name at the rebel briefing on Yavin IV calls Leia "Lee-ah" when she is often called "Lay-ah".

And Lan-dow prounces Han differently to the rest of the characters. The A is very prominent when Lando says it.

    Lan-dow also pronounces Lay-ah "Lay-er".

How about Obi Wan's pronounciation of his own name, while everyone else calls him Obi One?

before I saw the movies I got the action figure for Lando. It was only the second SW thing I ever acquired, Yoda figure being the first. My dad pronounce it, "Lawn-doh."
Regardless, I just called him "Yoda's friend" for a while.

Just about everyone apart from Obi Wan himself seems to pronounce it "one" or "won" (for the sake of the tiny phonetical difference between the two...)

When Alec Guinnes says it is rhymes with "can".

So the conclusion we can all draw from this is that people in the GFFA have accents and pronounce things differently just like they do here.

Here's looking forward to more 'revelations'. ;)

Then there's the Boba Fett vs. Bobba Fett issue. In the movies it's generally Boba, which of course is more accurate from the spelling, but everyone I've ever heard calls him Bobba.

I also think that at one point Han calls him Bobafett, all one word.

I'm not so sure about the Wan vs. One issue, though. I've always heard it Wan.
