The weekend we were discussing is Thanksgiving weekend, is that going to be a problem for anyone?

Yes, Thanksgiving weekend would definitely be a problem for me.

What do people think about inviting the Browncoats out? I know there are a few of us who "swing both ways" (me included) and if it came to a Browncoat vs StarWars shoot out, we could even the numbers out. Or we could just all play together too :)

    I LOVE laser tag!

I am also a Firefly afficianado, and would welcome the chance to have our two merry bands of Rebels meet and greet. Plus, we could even make the Lazer Tag a chance to get to know each other, pair off in teams of 1 Browncoat/1 FanForce member each and battle for ultimate victory. ;)

That sounds great to me. I forgot that was Thanksgiving weekend. That's the downside to living on your own I suppose, you forget about the "family oriented events". There might be trooping events starting up at COP the weekend after that though, but I'm not sure if it's just 501st or if they want Jedi there too. Let's all check our schedules.

Whenever it ends up being I will do my best to be there, I'll take any excuse I get to go hunt people through a dark twisting maze and shoot them mercilessly in the back. It's therapeutic ;p

I've never played before, but it seems there's a couple places around town:

    http://www.capturetheflag.com/
    Kart World Family Fun Centre

And I found an outdoor place as well...Anyone who's played before have any recommendations?

Capture the flag in the NE is a great place. I've played there before. Threre is lots of room to get around. Not to sure about their south location and how big Kart World is.

The place we've played before is Laser Quest on Horton Road in the SW - it was awesome. Great music, fog, multilevels. They have a website at www.laserquest.com

I also don't know if the other places have it - but Laser Quest also seemed to have different games to play if you wanted to do teams, etc.

I was going to suggest LaserQuest too. We went there for my birthday and it was loads of fun! They had a special, where, for $20 you could play 4 games. It's a large space too. We went on a Sunday afternoon and we had practically the entire place to ourselves -it was crazy!

Let's go to Laser Quest then. I believe a weekend would work best for everyone. Is thanksgiving weekend completely booked up for everyone? You can't all have families to be with, can you? Lol. The weekend after has a trooping event but lets check the times and see when we can fit this in.
