Laser Walls remake?

Hello,

I'm a small indie game developer and recently I've released my latest creation 'Laser Walls' both as a flash game ( http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/638514 ) and on android ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.level81.laserwalls ) .
Some friends of mine suggested I should make a star wars themed version, as the game reminded them of the scene where Luke is blindfolded and practicing with his lightsaber.

Now I have some questions about wether or not this is possible at all, and then I found this forum

Do you think it is legally possible to make a star wars inspired game. I read somewhere that the word 'jedi' was trademarked, and I read about a lawsuit regarding the word 'lightsaber'.
If I steer clear of usage of star wars specific words, but only have a slight resemblance in graphics, like for example I would draw my own lightsaber, would that be ok?

Any help about this is much appreciated
