It's more about keeping all the Ep 3 stuff to one thread so a) there's not so much to wade through and b) it's easier to avoid for people who want to avoid it. We have the same thing going on our board... though it will be very difficult to maintain when it gets closer to Ep 3 and tons of people start coming out of the woodwork.

The way our board goes, those threads would have been bumped to the next page in a few days anyway. Personally, I'd rather have certain thread be independent than have to muddle through a thread with tens or hundreds of posts that have nothing or barely anything related to what I want to talk about. That's just my opinion though.

I can't imagine that you wouldn't find much in a dedicated Ep 3 thread that you wouldn't want to talk about since you seem to be the spoiler king around these parts. It's my understanding that that's pretty much the way it's supposed to go on all the boards. I could be wrong though; it's happened once or twice before. Heh heh.

What I'm miffed at is the fact that I put spoiler in the Grevious/Maul thread and it was still locked. The EP III Title thread is hardly a spoiler since it was officially announced by LFL.

Okay, so maybe the "cam" one could have beena spoiler, but you'd have to have been living in a cave or under a rock to not know what was mentioned on the cam.

At least if your a member of these boards anyway.
