LCC 8?

dont have to base it on choreography alone, it can be effects (necessary or not), sound, editing (pretty damn important) and general appeal of the video as an entire piece

Srsly. Though, the judges are pretty good about deciphering those categories, so I'm not really concerned. The "no talking" thing was a joke, but if you find you've spent more time filming your dialog than you have your fight, rethink your plan a little bit.

This is true as I am very adamant about that rule in LCC. I check everyone's entry and add up the time. If your Dialogue OR your usual "chase scenes" are longer than the Choreography itself, that entry doesn't make the cut.

There is one exception to the rule here and that exception is FSFilms. He and his friends are hilarious and always deliver a comedic entry which will always be accepted as an entry but only because they also make a serious entry to go along with it. I hope they're able to do one this year.

While the flare itself isnt bad, it just doesnt look right on a saber blade. Were you holding a hilt?

 

Sometimes I like to think of LCC as a sort of "silent film" competition hehe
