Leading by example

If we expect something of others, we should expect to do the same ourselves.

This is leading by example.

Not to do this is hypocrisy.

Having double standards and whatnot.

Would anyone follow anyone and their rules if they didn't follow them themselves?

Do as I say not what I do

Given this, there is logic:

God won't kill us. We may loose our physical body, but we won't die.

God Loves us as God Loves God.

Would God send God to Hell then?

Would you cut off your hand if it turned bad, like gangrene?


This thread is not exclusively about the logic concerning God, but about the idea of leading by example.
