Title: Learning To Live
Timeframe: Ep III AU, four weeks after Silent Reverie
Characters: Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Padmé Skywalker, Siri Tachi, Luke & Leia, Jedi in general?

Summary: Coming through the darkside is hard thing to do, but with his new family, he?s trying his best. But sometimes things can go wrong?
Obi-Wan is trying to deal with the idea of becoming a parent with a woman he wouldn?t have necessarily have ever planned with, coping with two new skywalkers on the loose, he?s better watch out!

He woke up with a start, in his bed. It was odd, because Padmé was usually there and today she wasn?t. The sun was shining through the window and the air was clear.

But he was not in the bed.

He was now standing at the end of the bed, staring forward at the bed. The room looked so normal, but distorted. He could feel the prickling of his neck, and looked up to see Siri standing beside him, staring as if it was the most natural thing in the world.

?You really need to wake up, you know.? Siri commented, shaking her head.

He could hear his own voice, but his lip felt numb. ?I only just made that bed!?

The bed was crinkled suddenly, slept in, a mess. He felt oddly angry about it. Siri just kept on staring.

?Who for??

Anakin shook his head. ?Isn?t that what you?re supposed to tell me??

Siri smiled a little coldly, but didn?t answer.

Anakin frowned. ?Have you seen Padmé or the twins? I?m supposed to take -?

?You lost them.? Siri stated, matter of fact-ly.

?No, I got them back.?

Siri smiled that smile again, and looked to his left. There was a clock to his left, a digital reading 2:55 in flashing numbers.

?It?s so early.? He said, softly.

?Not as early as you think.? Siri shrugged. ?That clocks all wrong. Try this.? She put her hands out to give him an ignited red lightsaber.

?I?ll never use that,? he commented, refusing it.

?Are you sure??

Anakin just looked at her strangely. ?I have to find the others.?

As he left the room, her heard her whisper.

?Be back before she comes.?

The walls seemed to change as he walked, and he was now in a weird mixture of what looked like Theed Palace and the Temple. He could see lots of people, some in Jedi clothes, come in civilian.

?Where are they?? he whispered to himself. ?They wouldn?t just leave??

He then noticed an odd crack down into the floor and peered down. In the darkness of what seemed to be his old basement, there was a person, a woman?

?Master?? he asked, peering down.

?Oh, Anakin, hello.? Obi-Wan commented.

Anakin looked at him strangly. ?Why are you in the floor??

?It?s quite nice down here.? He commented back.

?Where is everyone??

?You have to go find them, I?? he was cut off by a burst of giggling. He looked up at his rather hurt padawans face. ?Oh, I am sorry, it?s just there?s something tickling me.?

Anakin looked down, into the dark, seeing an odd light he couldn?t distinguish. ?I don?t think it?s safe there.?

?Oh, no I?m fine!? he commented, with a fresh batch of giggles. ?Playing Sabacc in the dark is an experience everyone should have. Well, you?d know. You?re always playing in the dark??

Anakin looked up from him, seeing Padme walking up in the steps further on. She was wearing a blood red dress, and her hair hung loosely around her shoulders. She seemed to have somewhere to go.

??Then again, you could probably give me a hand out of here if you wanted to.?

But Anakin wasn?t listening. He was already following Padme, but as he went forwards the steps seemed to disappear and a door appeared in its stead, one that opened as he approached it. Inside there were two doors, and as he approachjed one, a scene came before him.

Two boys ? almost men ? where sitting fixing a ship. As one rolled out, the blonde hair and bright eyes screamed recognition: Luke.

?Luke?? he asked softly.

The teenager smiled, and looked at his dad. ?Hi Dad.?

He looked at the man and the ship, then back at Luke. ?You grew.?
