    Hi,

    New to the forum, but thought I might find some insight here. Here's a question for the lawyers and attorneys out there:

    Would the Jedi council need to file for a 501c3 exemption? If so, I wonder what the by laws and board of directors stuff would look like. Maybe the Republic handled that in a unique way?
