San Diego, CA Lego Death Star II - Coming this Fall

    That's no moon, it's a flippin' boatload of Lego blocks, (at 3441 pieces, the instruction manual is going to look like a phone book.)

    It took me about two days to build the Star Destroyer model, which was also about 3000+ pieces. I'm betting it will take as long for this when it comes out.

    Still....dang.

    Well, the ImpStar set was $299.00, so I suspect this set is going to be in that range.

    Is quite cool though

    Holy crap!! That new LEGO Death Star is so amazing. Man, why I never buy any SW LEGOs? :p And Linda, there is room for you when you buy it. Just that it in my room. I got plenty of space. [face_devil] [face_devil]

    Dang! It's got 3441 pieces and it's not even a complete Death Star.

    Makes you wonder how many bricks it would take to complete it. :eek:

    It actually IS COMPLETE. It's only a ruse. This Battle Station is FULLY funtional...

    More than likely not that many. Most of the bricks are going towards that exposed substructure and levels. Mind you, you would pretty much have to buy two of the DSII sets to get the pieces to build a DSI though......
