It's because it's just a representation of the object. They are like counters that you put onto the portal thingy and it then appears in game. For people they use Minifigures, for objects they shrink them/enlarge them.

Is it just me or does the AT ST always look a little off? Every release doesn't look quite right to me.

The minifig scale AT-STs are improving every time, this one I like more that all the past iterations. I have the UCS one, and it's gorgeous, even if the legs are a bit thickened to allow it to stand unassisted.

 

Can't help being a little unimpressed. Nothing spectacularly new here.

Has anybody been watching the Freemakers?

 

Watched the first 4 or so. Need to be in the right frame of mind and not have my family around to mock me, I'll catch up on the rest when the kids are in bed and the wife's away on business. It's pretty cute, and lots of nice in jokes. The wife's ok too.

 

Nice in jokes, yeah... my mind sort of exploded when they introduced The Wheel.

You need another kid. Mine made me buy the Star Scavenger and Eclipse Fighter sets.

 

I don't know that Mrs. Jaypes should go through the hassle of pregnancy just as an excuse to buy SW LEGO.

Kidnapping is the solution.

... I decided to put a classic Star Wars twist on it by creating a Skywalker-Solo family vacation back to Tatooine.

Leia has dug out her old Tatooine bikini and is catching some rays (and showing off that post-baby flat stomach). Young Ben is showing signs of jaundice, so a dose of those twin suns should help get rid of the yellow complexion. Uncle Chewie gives Ben a feed, while Han gets lunch ready.

One of the Sandchildren enjoying making sandcastles in the park, don't get too close though, he can be pretty feisty if you stand on his creation.
