JCC [LEGO IS AWESOME] It's like Christmas come early!!

I got the Saturn V in June and couldn’t build it fast enough. Very, very impressive. Yesterday I got Cassian’s U-wing. That was also a nice build.

 

I kind of like the resistance bomber, might consider getting that or the ski speeder set.

 

Is there going to be a Resistance speeder kit?

 

I have barely paid attention to TLJ LEGO. But the Bomber has been made. Got to get that, I loved the design.

 

The speeders from Crait? Yeah, that’s the one I was thinking of.

And yeah the bomber is a sweet design.

 

Yeah, I liked the Resistance bombers, as well as the First Order heavy walkers and Kylo Ren’s TIE fighter.

I don't know about that bomber. It was cool in the movie, but I just don't find that blue shade on the model very appealing.

 

Yes, it’s not very nice.

 

"Jang" in "Jangbricks", the Lego Youtuber, stands for "just a nice guy". He's always friendly. Always polite.
His review of the new AT_ST is scathing.

 

Jang is my favorite lego reviewer on youtube. And I love his videos of the city he's building.

 

Me too. The kid wants to build his mall.

He's sent me on a few nerdy trips too: trans-clear half cilinders to prop up shuttles. Bleaching white bricks in the sun. Dusting off your collection with paintbrushes.

And he's always mad about every set, always excited whenever a springloaded shooter is hidden well or when something's not a sticker but a print. That's why it's so funny to see him rant like this.

 

I hope he's able to get his hands on the 2017 UCS Millennium Falcon set. Though who knows where he'd be able to put it lol.

 

I didn’t know that guy before, but after the one about the broken walker I watched his review of the resistance bomber. I agree the coloring is kind of blarg, however I still like it, it looks better in his review than it does in that picture above. It is really expensive though. I may go for the ski speeder instead.

 

Go for the First Order Star Destroyer. It's looks way better in person than in pictures, and the inside detailing is superb.

 

I knew of this guy, but never watched his clips before. Today I listened to a bunch of new Star Wars ones while driving to/from work. Worked perfectly fine as audio podcasts. And yes, the new AT-ST set review is gold.

 

I had never heard of him either, but I do like his reviews. So does the ten year old, so she start has started watching them.

 

When she gets up at night because she can't sleep, huddle up and watch some Jang. Very relaxing. She'll forget all her fears and she'll be asleep in no time.

 

Just found out this morning that I am definitely getting Kylo Ren’s TIE fighter for my birthday next week, plus one other Lego kit that I get to pick.

Usually I don’t ask for things for my birthday because the stuff I get for my birthday is usually the stuff from my Christmas list that didn’t appear under the tree, but some things I asked for were delayed so I wound up getting a Nintendo Swithch for Christmas instead. As a result I was talking about it with my parents over breakfast and I explained that I have seen several of the Ep. VIII Lego kits that I liked the look of, but wanted to see the movie first. Hence, I am getting Kylo Ren’s TIE fighter and I get to pick one other.

 

Be careful that the Swithch isn't the Chinese knockoff.

 

I haven't built a LEGO in two years. That will change.
