The newly announced Phasma novel isn't YA. As for Dark Disciple, I'd say that it is a Ventress novel as much as it is a Vos novel.

There can never be too much of Leia. especially with the way Claudia Gray writes her. Since it's a journey to The Last Jedi book I hope that means it will be released soon.

If they cared enough to give Padmé some extra material, we could easily have both pre TPM and Post TPM- Pre AotC stories for her, even if one was a comic book instead of a novel.

Don't forget Bloodline. Written by Claudia Gray, starring Leia Organa

I'd also argue Catalyst has three leads: Galen, Krennic, and Lyra.

And Aftermath is largely centered on Nora Wexley and Rae Sloane

All the YA novels have centered on female characters but the Del Rey lineup isn't doing poorly. I think a novel about Leia in her Royal life fits the demographic since she'd be a tween/teen at the time. Same goes for Jyn and Rebel Rising.

Yeah, Padme stories would be great. I'm excited about this news though. I like Claudia Gray's SW books.

I highly suspect that the book covers her career on Alderaan and the Senate, given the title and esp Gray's other writing. I'm highly confident we will see Bail and Breha.

And it's about time, for the latter.

I just placed my pre-order for the kindle version on Amazon! The webpage says that Leia is sixteen years old in the story.

Ooh. The Rebels episode she appears in takes place in 3 BBY, and at that point she's already an Imperial Senator and already involved with the Rebellion, going on "mercy missions".

It all comes down to which cover you're talking, I suspect Ghost has this kind of cover in mind:

I was thinking the more recent ones. Bloodline, Revan, and Plagueis I thought had amazing covers.

Bloodline is one of the new books.

    Revan and Plagueis are ok.

But the book covers became a joke around here.

Which is why so many of us were pleasantly surprised by and loved Battlefront: Twilight Company's cover:

Why is it that Luke (and I guess Han and Leia) never aged beyond the OT in Legends? I looked it up and timeline wise Swarm War, Allies and Apocalypse all fall after The Force Awakens and Luke looks thirty years younger than Mark Hamill

Except on Tatooine. The desert was hard to Ben, Owen and Beru's skin.
