I think that NSW would win, simply because they have so many more resources than VIC, and a few more people.

But they would never go to war, because:

1. Chapter 1, Part V, Section 51, Clause vi states that onlt the Federal Government has responibility over military matters.

and;

2. Chapter 5, Section 119 states that the Commonwealth must intervene in the event that a state is invaded.

How about that! I bet you never thought that one state going to war with another would be un-constitutional!!!!

I'm glad I get to be the objective bystander in this one but evryone should be aware that my door is always open to bribery.
