FF:QLD Let's Make Some Battlestar Costumes

I'm thinking of doing up a Caprica Buccaneers T Shirt, working something out and printing it off. Need to find some images first

If I can spare some time over the weekend (unlikely) I'll start on something. Maybe late next week.

 

I propose a variation on the good old "I'm with stupid."

Some possibilities:

1. parodying the fcuk shirts, is to have shirts with the text "fark" or "fcark" or whatever witty combinations we can think of although they might go WAY over people's heads!

2. "VOTE FOR GAIUS" or "VOTE FOR LAURA" in the same vote for pedro font

3. Maybe Have Roslyn's name as such:

4. Get a clipart image of a toaster with a big red eye

You make that, Kahli? If so, what res and dpi?

 

I did. It's a vector graphic/illustrator file, so it's whatever size and dpi I want it to be


(there had to be an upside of a 4 year prepress apprenticeship!)

 

If you go back and watch "Resistance", you will see the Buccaneers team Jacket, and during the one-on-one you will see what I assume is their training uniform (skin-tight lycra/spandex t-shirt).
The team logo is a yellow Pirate Ship (on orange) inside a yellow triangle.

And yes, I have started on my Gemenon stuff.

 

On a side note, I think I found an appropriate black tank top in the menswear section of Myers at Carindale today.

They were Reserve, on sale for about 10 bucks a pop, and while certainly not exact, would be close enough.

Now just to find the t-shirt.

But you can find the olde brushstroke font on the Leagues Club website.
