Has anyone else heard this great new Neil Young song recorded with members of Booker T & the MGs? It was written about the heroic men aboard Flight 93. Here's a link.

This is probably the most beautiful thing I've heard since "our troops landed in Afghanistan today."

This tune makes me cry with pride and hope.

Yeah, let's hear it for "Sweet Home Alabama," one of the most racist songs still on the airwaves.

 

Slacker, why bring up your dislike for the man in a thread about a beautiful and patriotic song he's just written to pay tribute to those who lost their lives attempting to save others on that infamous PA flight?

That's in very poor tatse. But what else should I expect around here. This place has lost a lot of it's class.

For the record, it's possible to like Neil Young and Skynyrd....as I love them both.
