    LFL approached some of us at WonderCon about this "special project". basically, they are looking for stories from people about what they were doing in 1999, when The Phantom Menace was about to hit theaters - this year marks its 10th anniversary (wow, time flies!). A lot has happened in those ten years to that have affected SW fandom - Clone Wars, the prequels, technology, costuming, MySpace, etc.

    If you were already interviewed at WonderCon, you don't have to do it, unless you have more interesting stories to tell.

    a buddy and I were standing in line for the movie. He worked days and I worked nights. I'd finish work head to the cinema and get a nap in my car before taking over for him in line while he rushed off home to get ready for work. When he finished he'd head back and we'd swap again while I ran home and got ready for the next shift.

    I was in grade Six. After the film came out I had Star Wars pencils and Star wars collectors cards in my tub at school...I think you got the cards in Lays chip packets.
