We've been requested again to make an appearance at a local library. This is being held during spring break week and is sure to be very well attended. We will be making a grand entrance, posing for pictures, signing autographs, and making kids happy.

Who is available to help out? We will need a few non-costumed helpers to control the crowd and pass things out. I need to respond to the library asap, so please reply quickly.

We have a prior commitment that evening. Cannot make it.

 

I don't know what my rehearsal schedule for my next show is. Mark me as tentative.

 

Tentative, but leaning toward being good for this. Maybe I'll have the Luke costume ready

Good news and bad news..... Bad news is I have class wed till 7pm...... Good news is usually get out early by like 530-6pm and I am right near by at ECC. So maybe can show up and work table if late.

 

I wouldn't be there before about 6:15 or so due to work. How long are we going to be appearing? If I went as Jedi, I wouldn't be ready before 6:30 or so.

Sorry I did not check this earlier, but I have mini pack tickets to Sabres that night therefore I can't do this.

 

If I understood correctly at the meeting, this event was cancelled due to lack of persons able to attend.
