    I can't wait for Saturday - I need a party!

I'll bring an appetizer and side salad of some type. And chairs. And beverages. And Bonita.

And anything else I can think of.

    Can't wait for tomorrow!

Here's a hint on my gift for the gift exchange.
It's smaller than a speeder bike.

FYI: My townhouse is the one with the large Green Bay Packers flag next to the front door.

I'll be bringing Holiday chocolate covered pretzels and peanut clusters, egg nog (in cans that don't have to be refrigerated until opened), and The Star Wars Holiday Special (without commercials but the rest of the tape is filled with trailers and Kenner commercials).

Because my ride situation has changed at the last minute, I won't be able to make it for the book club portion.

Thank you for hosting, Jawa. It was a lovely time and it was great to see everyone again. Lily_Wan told me to say Hi to everyone. Last minute real life messiness prevented her from attending.

What a rockin' party!!! Thanks, my fellow Rochellian, for hosting. (It was really fun chatting about our wacky little town, too!) This was the most fun I've had since...the last Life Day party I went to!

Anyone who took photos, please post them! I would love to see them!

And SOMEBODY got some snaps of the bobble head action, right????

    WOW, what a GREAT party:)

I arrived at 3:30 and left at 11:30

At one point the head count (including Baron Fel)

seemed to be over 25, but I can not remember who everyone was,

so, here is my attempt to remember those who I can femember,

and hope others chime in and chide me for not remembering them:D

and several non-fans, who admited they had no idea what we were talking about

The GRAB BAG was a lot of fun, and I am very happy with

    Carrie Fisher's book "Wishful Drinking"

    [image=http://img2.timeinc.net/ew/dynamic/imgs/081125/wishful-drinking_l.jpg]

Also, I got a Serenity/Firefly book, that reminded me of a dvd,
    that Serenity Fans should have,

and in general for everyone, and specifically for Josh & April

    I recomend this fan film

    Done The Impossible,

    http://www.donetheimpossible.com/

The xtra time-line on this disk is one of the best I have seen.

oh, and the book club was fun too,

I did not read the book, but I did listen to it on CD, un-abridged.

so I did not have to fake my contribution as in the past.....lol

ok, that is it for now,
unless I remember more people and names.

Thanks for the hosts with the mosts for having us in their lovely home. Too bad you're stuck with that 'Fireside Nut Brown' beer. [face_sick]

It's always great to have everyone together at this time of year.

Sorry Emma and I couldn't make it. My wife's retirement/fundraiser party was that night, and I, as a board member of the non-profit Pros Arts Studio, had a lionel's share of responsibility. Pros is a lot of things, it brings the arts back into five inner city schools, it has a very successful drop in center for teens with classes in hip hop, graffiti art, video production, sound production, and computer and clay classes. Best of all, considering our basic personalities, it has two graduates of the Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey circus teaching clowning, including skills such as juggling, unicycle riding, tumbling, balance, and skit development. All and all a great cause, almost worth missing Life Day with my Star Wars nerd buddies.
Emma is at the Eugene Lang College- the New School in New York, but will soon be back.
    Force and High Fives,
    Liobi
