    And now that I think about it, didn't one use of the word "suck" get derived from the other use?

    This is true, but you have to admit that the expression is "****sucker", not "****-tonguestroker" or something. Nobody says "mouth-hug my ****". It must bother you, though, that the slang is "blow me". Also inaccurate.
