Pittsburgh, PA Lifeday Party News!!

Have no fear, everything has been taken care of! We have our reservations set for the 11th of January for our lifeday/gift exchange. Information is as follows:

I talked with the managers of The Gray Goose, Bob and George, and everything is set!

We have the entire downstairs reserved for the 11th of January, from 5-10 pm. (I can change the times if necessary). We are allowed to have music, dancing.. overall partying.

The only cost will be $10 per person for the food buffet that they will be providing. There will be roast beef and different types of meat, a sandwich buffet, and a salad bar. Drinks can be purchased upstairs at the bar, however I'm going to see if we can have it arranged for the sodas to be downstairs with the food.

I told him we're expecting about 25 people, so please RSVP by posting and telling me if you are attending- I need to know at least by the 5th, at latest.

Decorations are being handled by Tom and Chad, and if anyone would like to help, let them know or post here.. um.. Carrie is in charge of entertainment, again, post here or let her know if you have ideas, and thanks to the twins for getting the info together for our place to party at. ^_^

I'm coming. I even am having my sister make new robes for me for the occasion!

 

Do ya even have to ask if I'll be there? Of course I'll be there.

 

I will be there as well, but will need directions to the location.

i wanna go, i'll ask my mom and dad but they will probley want to talk to one of the older members and my dad will prob want to come (my mom can't)

Hopefully, we will be able to get a babysitter = if not we will have the youngest with us ~ but U don't need to count her

 

I'll be there and since Em's birthday is the 10th I'm hoping she'll come as well. She told me she just singed up with the group while I was away. Did you all see that?

I'll let you figure out who she is. (I've mentioned her SW name before and that's what she used to sign up.)

 

Parties are always a positive thing, count me in too. Is this a formal kind of party; shirt and tie deal?

dress attire is semi-formal = dressy but you don't have to wear a tux (unless you want to)

But please don't let that stop you from coming. Not everyone participated in the gift exchange.

 

Well, I now don't know if I'll be able to make it. Em has to work that day. (Something special she has to do. Her company is having business partners in from Europe and she has to be there) So, unless someone can give me a ride I won't be able to make it.

Also, would a certain someone who shall remain nameless get the information I need for that other certain someone for the Gift exchange. Otherwise since that person hasn't said what they wanted in the Secret Santa thread I will have to guess as to what they would like. (You know who you are.......)
