My apologies to Dar! He told me to get his camera from Appo and take pictures, but I forgot. Spent most of my time running from one corner to another to get decent video shots of everybody. Never a good day to disappoint a Mando!

Vox, any specifics on what you want on the video? Or should I just use my imagination?

Okay, finally got all the money counted by the bank, (thanks go to First Federal Bank) and our grand total for the roadblock is $545.32. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thinking about doiung Light the Night again next year, and if so, we'll do the roadblock during the spring when it's not so hot, so we can stay out longer. Good job team!!!

Okay, the walk is this weekend. I know Zannah and Bane will be there. I need a head count of everyone else!! Let me know if you are going to be there. Team members I need to hear from:

Cungr, will you stil be available to do some video for us?

 

I'll be there, also my buddy will be with me as camera guy/wrangler. We have a possible show up with fellow Blue Moon Squad member Rexdor Kelevra [Chris].

Also, be aware that things start at 5:30. kick off is at 7:30. I plan on being there about 5, I'll be hanging out near the registration table waiting on everyone. so, now we have:

any other's? jedimika, will you be able to make it, and be our rebel prisoner? Talked with the organizers, and they have no issue with it. Also, we can bring our lightsabers with the blades, we don't have to just wear them on our hip.

 

Things are looking good for me to attend. I'll know better Thursday night.

Prisoner? After I went to all the trouble to go out a slay a Sith in my size so I might have some dark robes to wear? I even gave him a fair fight. More than he would have done for me. I say his robes look much better on me than they did on him anyway. If I can make it I'll be blending in with the rest of the Dark Empire.

I doubt I can make this coming Saturday. Friend of mine is calling in a favor I owe him.

If I can show up, it will only be for a few hours too.

Great video Cungr! Wow, some of that traffic was going by pretty fast, you all were brave to stand out there to collect.

Vox, I should be there Saturday unless something unforseen happens. Since I'm not real familiar with the area or where to park I'm going to try and leave early to get there in plenty of time, hopefully between 5-5:30.

well, final total for the event was 345,000 dollars. I'll know how much our team raised in a few days, when they update the site. Good job everyone.

I want to say thank you to everyone for coming out and walking, and I really want to say thank you to Zannah, Bane, and Dar for helping to raise money at the roadblock. You guys rock!!!!!!!!!

WTG guys!!!! I want you all to know you have inspired me. I am walking in a walk in November for a cause I have come feel strongly about. After reading about your walking in Light the Night, I started looking for a walk.
