Lightning Effects

    I know there are lots of tutes out there on how to make lightning effects. Which I've follwed and the results are really good. But I can't find one about how to apply the effect to the person being attacked by it.

    Is there one out there? If there is I'm sorry for posting maybe an obvious question, but could someone give me the link?

    Just move the end point up and down the persons body. Make smaller lightning effects that go around his face/arms/legs/toso etc., but make them small and fast and such.

    Yeah, man. You have to realize that there aren't tutorials on everything, and eventually you're going to have to stand on your own.

    Yeah I know, I've used all the tutes I've read and tweaked them/changed them etc. I just havn't found one on this, and thought there might be one, thats all.
