    Drhaggis Jedi robes update:

I bought a belt for my jedi costume yesterday for $7 !! It is not as wide as it could be but it fits my large frame and looks very cool.

I'm on a search for boots now, which is going to be tough considering by large calfs. I don't want to pay big bucks for boots I'm only going to wear to conventions and halloween.

Hey where did ya buy your belt at? I've been looking for a wide leather belt to modify???

if your looking for boots I have a great link. They are only 30 bucks US. and am looking at ordering myself.

I got my belt in the Women?s clothing section at Zellers. It is not as wide as a "true" Jedi belt, being only 4 1/2 cm wide, but it has some interesting metal hardware and it fastens together up with tied leather strips. I'm going to modify it with a thin belt for the clasp up front. When I'm done it should look great.

I'm a little hesitant about buying boots online. I really need to try them on and walk around in them before I can be certain that I'm going to have happy feet at the opening and conventions.
