Lightsaber Duel Thread - Bring Your Lightsaber!

Yes, my Master. DH allows his dark brown jedi robes to slip down over his shoulders and unclip his saber staff.

 

*Sensing DH arrive, I come out of my meditation*
*I remove my robes and ignite my lightsaber*

*I get into a Soresu defensive stance and make ready*

 

Good then, I am assigning you to replace Master JK in this duel between us and Fraz.....for his final assignment....whenever your ready Mustang...

*With those words spoken, SH2 looks at Fraz and stands in a fencing form and unclips his saber and ignites it*

*Then stands in a ready stance*

*Ignites sabers and uses them as background light!*

DH leaps at JKF from a long distance landing 2 meters to his left and ignites his sabe rupon landing off to his right DH then comes from over head and steps towards JKF... DH executes a very quick combo slashing from his top right into a slash from his top left, to a swing up from his right. The move was intended to force JKF into Master SH2, putting JKF in a very compromising position.

 

*Master SH2 sees DH attack and immediately rolls forward and springs to his feet to attack Fraz with a series of simple saber swipes*

*I step back swinging my lightsaber top right then to my top left blocking DHs strikes*
*Sensing Master SH I spin my to the left deflecting DHs last strike up and spinning out of the trap turning to face them both and take up a Soresu stance*

 

*SH2 smiles and lunges forward while using the force to pull Fraz off balance toward him*

DH watches as sh2 executes a force pull... DH side steps and steps forward... DH twirls the saber briefly and brings it from his right in a horizontal slash.

 

*As I begin to stagger I quickly change my footing and go into a spin*
*I bring my lightsaber down a parrie Master Ships strike away sending it towards DHs strike, continuing my spin to land behind him*

 

JKF has rolled away from DH horizontal slash and DH begins to close the distance... sh2 is now in the middle of JKF and DH.

 

*SH2 senses the quick defensive movement by Fraz and DH's attack and flips out of the way and over Fraz landing behind him to put Fraz in the middle of the two Makashi Masters while landing and lunging backward towards Fraz's backside as he lands*

"Nice move Fraz"

*Sensing Master SHs move, I drop my lightsaber behind my back blocking his strike*
*I spin towards him throwing his lightsaber up as I go and using quick footing as sidestep once again bring the pair in front of me*

DH had been hanging back momentarily and as JKF expertly evaded and blocked a well placed move by sh2, DH sprinted into action. As JFK side stepped and evaded sh2 DH came dangerously close to him knowing he would catch him off guart and brought his saber into a series of very light but expertly placed strikes... DH with the flicks of his wrists enduced almost a dozen very quick lightning fast strikes a combinations of thrusts, quick slashes and twirls all the while stepping forward which would no doubt begin to force JKF to reel back almost into sh2 and loose ground

 

*Being forced to move quick, I give way bringing my lightsaber in close and letting the force flow freely through me I spin my lightsaber around my body blocking and parrying DHs strikes, my lightsaber never moving a millimetre more than needed*

 

*Master SH smiles at his old apprentice and pauses momentarily for.....*

*Ignites his 2nd saber*

"Lets see how well you handle another one of these?"

*SH2 side steps to the right of DH and blends in the middle of saber strikes toward Fraz adding on a more tenuous and more difficult way for Fraz to block each one effectively without falling back or retreating first*

 

*With quick reflexes I bring my saber up blocking Master SHs first strike*
*Then with a flick of my wrist downwards I parrie his other strike away still standing my ground*

 

*SH2 presses forward into Fraz's defense and twirls both his blades forward striking high toward Fraz's mid-section*

*I sidestep to the left bringing my right foot back*
*I'm facing Master SH side on and with great reflexes I bring my saber up and down in a powerful move knocking his upper strike down onto his lower blade sending them towards the floor*
*I then take a step back and wait*

 

DH continues to press on as jkf locls sh2 sabers down against the floor so does DH pinning jkf saber between the sabers of master sh2 and jkf is vulnerable and DH executes a kick that normally DH would aim for the head instead he sends it right to jkf chest.

 

*Sensing DHs move through the continuos flow of the Force through me I suddenly bring my sbaer up, but at the last second a flick my wrist sending my blade towards DHs lightsaber hilt*
*I then quickly withdraw my saber from the fray and spin back ending 3 feet to the side of Master Ship and DH*

 

I must say the kick should have landed... you were not really in a good position with your sabers pinned... but oh well.

 

Ah but I flicked my saber up to cut into your hilt as it was coming down, right after that I moved.

But very well.

*Just after I flicked my blade up towards DHs hilt I sustain a kick to the chest which staggers me back*

*I regain my footing and stand ready*

 

No matter... I am just trying to illustrate that you are in a fight with and equal knight and a master... which is going to leave you open to some attacks. We are all moving at great speed and with you forcing/pinning down sh2 sabers you are occupied with that and my pinning you down as well and kicking you seemed a fair move.

I believed he withdrew to avoid the kick DH....a form of defense...good!

*Sensing Fraz retreating backward from DH's threat, Master SH drops low twirling his blades behind him and spins performing a sweep kick following by both sabers lunging high to where if Fraz avoids the sweep will put him in a dangerous position, or take the sweep in some way*
