I prefer Jar'kai (two lightsabers being dual wielded). Therefore, I would have one green, one blue. They would be paired (in order to be combined into a saberstaff), and their crystals would shift (using the same mechanism as duel-phase sabers) into an alignment conducive to a turquoise color. Straight hilts, lots of shiny metal. Zayne Carrick's second lightsaber is a good example for the hilt.

I got dibs on the Jedi version of Juyo. Or Vaapad, if I can get Mace Windu to teach me (Remember, Vaapad is Mace's own take on Juyo... but they are still different forms)

Anakin's hilt with a black chrome look; the blade would be red.

 

If I bothered at all (I don't much care for weapons) I'd have a lightstaff not a lightsaber. I have always much preferred staffs to blades. I would have a natural crimson crystal for each end. I don't buy 'red' equals evil or synthetic and my staff would reflect that.
