lightwave to blender

    ok i need to know if lightwave can convert into blender. if so then can someone tell me what i need to do to import the files.

    No, it can't. You'll need to export it to a format that Blender can read, whatever that might be.

    But I do have to ask.. um.. why? If you have the model in LW to begin with, why downgrade it into Blender? Not that Blender's a bad program, it just doesn't have the options and features that LW has.

    No, it can't. You'll need to export it to a format that Blender can read, whatever that might be.

    1. Export to .3DS.

    2. Use the .3DS to .BLEND converter.

    3. Remap everything, if necessary.
