Whoa, just found out my boss is leaving for vacation the day after Ep.III. Looks like I will be getting no sleep because I will have to go to work that Friday. At least we close early on Fridays.

 

My boss has told me not to worry about opening up that Friday. Fridays are always slow so she said not to give it a second thought. Groovy. Hopeing I can leave work when we close up at 4:00 (we open back up later during registration) get home, get the kids settled at Grannies and me and the Mrs. can get to the theater.

 

Episode III begins on a Thursday at 12:00 a.m.

 

Which is officially FRIDAY (dont you just love a wisenheimer Wampa on a Monday morning.)

Actually, Eddie-wan, its offically a THURSDAY. It opens Wednesday night at 12 am. Not Thursday night. Wednesday is the 18th, and it officially turns Thursday, May 19th at midnight on that Wednesday, and thats when it will be showing.

 

Oh damn. That changes everything. Stay tuned.

 

Actually, the 12 a.m. is when Wednesday night becomes Thursday MORNING. It's Wednesday when waiting in line. The flick begins early Thursday morning.

 

Actually, yet again Joe-da, we will start waiting in line on TUESDAY evening. (the 17th) And we will be camping out overnight, and then all day the next day up until the films release.

 

I'll be at work during the day but I'll stop by to hang out when I can

Unless things change, it'll be Wednesday for me.

 

Okay, nothings really changed. I will be leaving work WEDNESDAY when we close at 4. Get the kids settled and be at the theater with the Mrs. Only difference is I am gonna have to go into work at least part of the day Thursday. The boss said I didnt have to, but I don't want to leave her here alone on registration during the day. Nights for the Summer Sem. arent that busy but you never know about days. I may not get any sleep but I think after C3 I may be reconditioned to go without sleep .

I dont know what were doing yet, because we leave for bike week on the 18th.

 

Bah. Bike Week lasts for two weeks, you can leave a day later.

 

Sounds like fun guys! We haven't hammered out our EP:III plans, and since we now live SOOOOOOOOOOOOO close (we just moved to kinston) it might be doable for us to crash your party. We shall see....At least the Halloween party this year will be MUCH closer for you guys.

Wow, Lady Vader! Very nice to hear from you again! You have been missed here, let me tell you. And awesome news about moving to Kinston. Less travel for Halloween parties and Star Wars stuff! By the way, we would really love to have you guys join us. We are going to have alot of fun, and I am trying to put together a raffle for a neat prize or two, to raise some money for Kisses for Katie, as well.

 

Potential breaking news! There has been some hubub about Summer registration being cut back to one day, May 16. I know we are cutting back registrations to one and two days in the next academic year, but didnt know about this next semester. I have read conflicting emails, so I will find out today for sure. If its true, I will be able to be more involved with the Ep III festivities. Stay tuned.
