Austin,TX line preparations...

If you are not going to celebration I need to know who will be available to cover the camp line at Gateway for these dates and if you would be available for any of these three time frames AM, PM, Overnite:

Thursday (4/2)
Friday (4/3)
Saturday (4/4)
Sunday (4/5)
Monday (4/6)


AM = 8am-2pm
PM = 2pm-8pm
overnite = 8pm-8am

This should help to make sure we have enough coverage while our group is at Celebration II.

Ok, I won't be at the Celebration ( ) but I have school from 9-4 on Thurs, Fri and Mon. I'll probably be able to pull a morning or afternoon shift over the weekend but I still haven't cleared everything with my mom, you know. :\
I will, however (85% chance) be at the meeting this Saturday (the 20th). So i'm excited that I'll get to meet y'all.
Heh, how silly is that? Missing prom but going to a Fan Force meeting. Woot!

Just to clarify . . .
Is this the line to get tickets, to get into the movie, or both?

Also, does this also save us a front spot in line for the opening show?

*sighs* I would LOVE to be at one of the first showings, but it opens on a Thursday and I work. I'm already taking 3 days off for Cel. 2 at my full pay, so I think I will be waiting for the weekend and come down to see it with my son .... and what ever of ya'll I kind find still lurking around the theaters. *L*

 

this is for both tickets and seats for the inevitable 12:01 showing at gateway.

doing time will get you a spot.

if in the unlikely event there is no 12:01, we will still be in line for the first showing at gateway.

since I check my email more often than Trace, it's better to post here or email me. A PM will also be fine.

almost a week away, and I just planned out our driving plans for Indy.

I would love to pull a shift, let me get back to you after I check my schedule. One of those times should not be a problem, though.

 

When is the line first starting?

 

we are still working on this. We know for certain that we will need coverage Fri, Sat, and Sun. so mark that as the latest we start the line.

 

So the line starts at least next Friday (May 3) night. This going to be great!

Grendelbob, let me know what time you want me in line. I'll get started talking to other friends of mine and get them involved as well.

By the way, how many people are on this team right now? How many do we need?

us aussies got our tickets last week

And we are seeing it at Fox Studios where they filmed it!

 

this will be the line for Gateway, 12:01am Thursday May 16th (Wednesday nite).
