I'm sorry, is are the first and second photos supposed to be the same shot, but with the second being Adobe-ed?? If so, I think someone's pulling you leg!

 

Its nice art work base on a photograph but I dont think its an edited photo

Well its obviously a little more than a touch up of the original. In the right hands, Photoshop can be a pretty amazing painting tool.

I didn't realise you could do so much with the program....

 

I think those older ones were done more traditionally (air brush etc), but the same tools are now there in digital form. Doesn't make you an artist though. My stick figures still look like stick figures whether on paper or in Photoshop
