Well I have learned that most of. NOTICE I SAY MOST!! Of the folks over at the fanfiction are either.

A. Not too nice

or

B. Do not read anyones stories that are new.

I had to practically fight tooth and nail to get somebody to read my last story. I busted my @$$ to write it! And I could'nt get two stinking beta readers from anywhere to read my story to try and get it archieved.So the dog is a little bitter with the OL' FANFICTION threads. Maybe that's being self centered but I'm a sith. What are you gonna do...

Not to mention somebody locked my story. So if anyone did read it now. I wouldn't even know about it.

Anyone else Hyperspace members? I post on the Hyperspace meesage boards alot, and the regular message boards on the official site.

 

We're both Hyperspace memebers but, I don't post on those boards. Mostly just TFN & galactichunter.

The FanFiction Resource Board I know that's dorky, but I run/participate/host several of the challenge threads & even one that's like a book club for fanfics.

And I'm sorry about that, Stardog. I've read some of your story (not finished it yet) and it's a good story. I hope you don't feel like you wasted your time in producing it, because creating something like that is an accomplishment in & of itself. You should try it some more--you've got talent! And now you've got a buddy in the fanfic world, so you wouldn't be going at it alone. You should stop by the Gentlemen's Writing Guild on the Fanfic Resource boards sometime--advertise your old fic (hopefully with some good feedback), ask if anyone is willing to beta it for you, and perhaps try your hand with one of the challenges.
