    I have used Mandrake in the past, but I'm considering switching to a new distribution. I'm considering Knoppix and Slackware, but not sure. Any input would be appreciated.

    I use Knoppix when I do use Linux. I just like the ability to run an entire OS off a live cd, that enables me to do some things I am unable to do from a hard install.
