Lit MOD Lit Forum Mod Squad Announcement - Point Given Retiring, Sinrebirth Drafted

    Greetings gentlebeings!

    We have a few announcements that the Mod Squad would like to make. First off, @Point Given is stepping down as a manager/moderator of this forum. PG's been an awesome Mod and a great colleague, he's dutifully carried his Ban Stick into action for five years now. PG's felt that given the fact he's not following much of the new continuity that it was the perfect time for him to step down. After threatening to shackle him to a desk, offering him a 15% stake in Lucasfilm, and writing him Mon Calamari love sonnets (I'm... not gonna say who did that...), we all agree and wish him the very best. :)

    In other news, in an effort to maintain the Special Relationship between the United States and Great Britain, the Mod Squad is pleased to welcome longtime poster and Mod @Sinrebirth to the Lit Forum as our newest manager! After consulting with the Queen and having it approved by Parliament, it is now official.

    Sinre is a long time poster and no stranger to Lit, we're excited to have him on board. :D

    I shall be sure to mark every Happy Treason Day, to remind you, as the great Imperial Pellaeon stated, that the Empire will always strike back, and of course I will surrender these powers when the current (canon) crisis is over.

    But more seriously. I’m more than happy to help, I am almost always wandering Lit in a state of Optimism, and you are welcome to bend my ear any time as to just how awful LotF and FotJ are - but I reserve the right to try and justify Daala as CoS any time of day.

    We shall indeed miss PG's reign but it's good to know that he's stepping down for reasons having nothing to do with that string of murders in the Bay area. Had he taken Nick's offer and still left, he could have said "thanks for all the fish sonnets".

    Sin's reign shall be welcomed by all.
