Who played Morpheus in The Matrix? I could see him as Kar Vastor. Alternatively, have Samuel L. Jackson play both Mace Mothakriffin' Windu and Kar Vastor. It could work. "I'm tired of all the mothakriffin' balawai in this mothakriffin' jungle!"

I never considered Scarlett as Tenel Ka until I saw the pictures of her with red hair for Iron Man. She looked like she could easily be a grown up version of Tenel Ka on the YJK Lightsabers cover.

Same for Adrian Paul. I never thought of him as Zekk until I saw the Blood Oath cover. Sure he's a bit older now, but he still looks in perfect shape (hope I'm that lucky!) and if you look at pictures from when he had long hair in Highlander I think he's perfect for the role.

Big 3 would be the original movie cast, same for Lando.

I'd want Shannon as Mara but I think she'd look too young next to the others so I'm not sure who I'd pick.

Ah! Kirtan Loor! I love Kirtan Loor. My favorite EU character. But for some reason when I read him, I completely visualized Jude Law in a Imperial uniform. Voice and everything. Maybe that's why he's my favorite character. Although I was thrilled to find out years later that he actually DOES look a little like Law. But uh... Sean Bean? Sean Bean's badass, but he's lacking the cheekbones.

 

Reading The Bacta War again I started visualizing Clancy Brown as Booster Terrik.

 

So, I was watching a bunch of The Office today, and for some bizarre reason, when I was reading Starfighters of Adumar, I wound up mentally reading everyone as Jim. Wedge, Tycho, Hobbie, Perator Escalion, everybody. All Jim. It was a wonderfully surreal experience. Except Iella, who was Pam. And then I realized . . .

On the cover of Coruscant Nights I: Streets of Shadows, Jax Pavan looks almost exactly like Christian Bale. That is who i imagined him as when i read the book.

Hilariously, when i read RC, i imagined Mij Gilamar as Hugh Laurie. Why is it hilarious to me? The mental image of, basically, Dr. House in Mandalorian armor. For some reason, it is just funny.

Barriss Coffee, I like your idea of Jude Law as Kirtan Loor.

even with a third eye Christopher Walken would still not be freaky enough. Still, it would be interesting to see Christopher Walken in such a manner, as he is imposing enough to say "I'M NOBODY"S BITCH"

Dunno. I may be someone who goes too literal and precise, but you have to capture the two blue eyes. Not necessarily make them blue, but it is the stare they have. Only problem is they remind me of someone, but i do not know who.

And it is someone famous.

Now. I don;t know what you are all going to think of this, but for some strange reason, but i was watching Rome the other day, and i just thought that Kevin McKidd would make an excellent Lucien Draay - (or his supposed alter-ego, Darth Sion - who he is apparently supposed to be???!!!!)

 

I don't know but he has a Darth Ruin-ish vibe to me. There is an atmosphere of defiance around him. Or he could be great Sion.

And what do you think about Hayley Williams as Tenel Ka?

 

I actually didn't think of this movie. Perhaps if we added a beard and a third eye to this pic and he kinda does have the insane stare.

 

Like the Williams idea, I could see that. Walken is awesome, he could pull it all off as far as I'm concerned. I heard that he tried out for Qui-Gon Jinn. I'm happy that Liam Neeson got that role. He is Qui-Gon, period.
