Pierce Brosnan is totally Thrawn. George Clooney would be a good Karrde.

 

I agree with the poster who said that Paul Teutel Sr. from American Chopper would make a great Booster Terrik. I can *so* see that, hehe.

It's always been my firm opinion that if it every happened, most of the actors should be unknowns (just as the PT used a fair amount of unknown or obscure actors). That said, there's a few actors who might be able to pull it off...

I also wouldn't mind Dina Meyer as Mara Jade. I don't think there's any other known actor I could tolerate in that role. IMHO, the model they currently have for her isn't very good.

Thrawn: for some reason I always saw a slim Alec Baldwin. That's probably just me.

Jorj: I agree with Sean Connery. He'd be good for that role.

Garik 'Face' Loran: Ryan Reynolds. The guy is gorgeous and a plays a perfectly charming smartass (aka Wraith), but he still has enough depth to portray, for example, Face in the event of Ton's death. (Tell me this and this aren't Face.)

Jacen Solo: Adam Garcia is the best choice for him that I've yet seen, but he may be better portrayed by an unknown actor.

 

Nice pick for Face. Never heard of the guy before

 

I first saw Ryan Reynolds ages ago on a crappy sitcom called 'Two Guys, A Girl and A Pizza Place' (you can imagine). Most recently he's been in The Amityville Horror and Blade: Trinity. I didn't know his name or relate him to Face until seeing him in Blade: Trinity. The entire time I watched it I was thinking "that's so Face!" If you think the pictures are dead on, watch that movie and you'll see how well he could play Face. (In another note, he's also engaged to Alanis Morisette, which strikes me as odd.)

Shimrra: I liked the Mouth of Sauron in the ROTK EE (Bruce Spence) looked and talked cool, so a bit of a mix of that

and even though I really dislike Ryan Reynolds, he does fit the part of Garrick (sp?)

 

If Jessica Alba was Han and Leia's daughter, Leia would have some explaining to do.

 

Kyp Durron = Hugh Jackman. With the long hair. He's got the intensity to do it.

Whoever said Inyri Forge as Rosario Dawson -- I think that's a great idea.

Pellaeon needs to be Sean Connery. Pelleaon is getting to be the age where Connery could play him. And then you could use Gary Oldman as Disra.

It's amazing to see how in sync I am with alot of other people about who would be good as who.

 

Mara: Not a bad pick. Not bad at all. IMO, she has the looks down better then most others that people have suggested. And she doesn't appear to be slutty, which is a good quality for the actress of Mara. I haven't seen much of her acting, but from the little I have seen, I think she could pull Mara off.

Jaina: Never seen the girl act, but IMO, she looks a lot like Jaina.

Jag: I can see the definate resemblance, but I think that Jued is still a bit old to play Jag...

 

I think that Tom Cruise would make a good Male Revan. The mullet one that is...

Well, makeup can work wonders

 

Thrawn: Jack Palance. Quiet, cool, and scary.

Palleon: Ed Harris. The man knows how to act in a position of authority (The Firm, Apollo 13). And looks menacing in a nazi-style uniform (Enemy at the Gates).

Karde: Viggo Mortensen. Dark and brooding. Full of secrets. Perfect.

C'both: Ian McKellen. Picture an evil Gandalf.

 

I could really see Viggo Mortensen doing Kyle Katarn. He's already got the swordfighting stuff down, not to mention he looks scraggly and unkempt, while still handsome and wise.

 

Who could play the part of Quinlan Vos?

I can't resist jumping in and adding my 2 cents here.

Whoever suggested Emmy Rossum as Jaina Solo, I have to agree with. She's really what I would picture Jaina looking like, and she's a good age.

For Kyp, I've always pictured Jim Caveizel, a la The Count of Monte Cristo. But once I started thinking Emmy Rossum for Jaina, Gerard Butler popped into my head as kyp as well. I think Jim is better, but I could go for both.

The person I see as Mara is Angie Everhart, but I have no idea if she can act. Theres an actress that was in the TV movie Atilla that I could also see, but I don't know her name.

And also, Pierce Brosnan as Thrawn would rock my socks off. I also like the idea of Johnny Depp being someone, but I picture him as more one of the X-Wing pilots that like to pull pranks and generally be totaly un-serious, rather than Kyp.

But actually, if a movie about ANYTHING post Rotj Eu was ever made, I dont think I'd be able to complain about who they cast. I'd be like a little girl on Christmas morning.

Oh, and Darth_Mopsey, Thats a perfect Idea for C'Boath. Wow, I just had a flashback to watching The Shinig. Perfect choice.
