Getting a Star Wars related task in Theatresports, and doing pretty darn well at it ... then being assigned an interrogation task after that, which I did pretty good at, too.

 

When you get a Region 1 DVD, knowing that your computer's DVD player can't play them and thinking that you'll have to download a whole heap of programs to try and get it to play, and then think, "what the hell, i'll put it in, and see if it works", and it does work.


i really should have broken that into sentences, but i couldn't be bothered, and it seems to make sense.....at least to me it does.

 

When I finally come up with a personal concept and a driving force behind a piece I've been trying to get up the motivation to write for months.. so now hopefully it should flow pretty easily. Yay!!!!!!

When you get a pass conceded for a quiz you didn't even study for (as long as I don't fail, I'll be fine).

 

When your dog does something really wrong, but then comes over and licks your face and wants a pat.

 

When maes brings me flowers when she should be at uni

 

When you get to see S2BU pics in production.

 

when you get your Mara icon...... Go Mara!

And when you've got no more assignments for at least a week!

 

When D cheers me up when I should be at uni instead

 

when you talk to some people you have seen at uni since you started and find out that they like the same sort of stuff you do, except that they are even more fanatical about sci fi and when you have a trivia quiz you end up winning cos of some really miniature point of detail.



And then when you have a LAN party you win a game of heavy gear 2, which I have never played online before

 

coming home from work lying down on a nice hot bed, with a heater nearby, and (re)reading Star Wars books

 

Meeting a new group of friends at school, and a friend that also likes SW.

Microwave popcorn.

 

When I make some headway on S2BU

 

When I get pretty good marks for assessments that I start a day before its due and hand in late (and I didn't get marked down for a late submission, R2BM!).

 

The satisfaction of handing a pretty good essay on time and then getting the chance to talk with friends down the hall with whom I've barely communicated for weeks. And meeting my friend's new baby! He's so cute!

Being able to legally drive 110km/h after a final exam.

Jenna, repitition is fine. It's okay to be repetative. Repetition is allowed. We don't mind being repetative.
