The ending was really awesome. I especially liked Kerra's "message" to Daiman, it reminded me of Zayne's message to Lucien, but it really is more in character for Kerra, so it won't get retconned as someone else's idea (hopefully!).

My liking for Kerra has grown more slowly than I expected. However, I think JJM know what he's doing, and it feels like he's going for more of a slow burn, lots of set-up for later on. Hopefully he'll be allowed to do enough issues for this to pay off.

 

Amen to that.

And also, gotta love how he managed not one, but TWO Obi-Wan Kenobi Sacrifice Moments- Vannar and Gorlan- in a single arc. And pulled them both off BRILLIANTLY. JJM is a kriffing GENIUS!

My brother said he'd preorder my copy a few days ago. Waiting to see if it arrives tomorrow- not in the mail today. *shrugs*

i was very pleased with the finale to Deluge.

 

I've been at school, and didn't want to pay for shipping. I soon solved that problem this past winter break. I can't wait till the Escape arc, but I'm totally psyched for the return of Zayne in the meantime!
