JCC Look at this piece of garbage charger I was forced to buy.

Just look at this obnoxious thing. It easily takes up three outlets on a surge protector; the prongs uselessly fold up into the massive rectangle for no reason other than to eventually break and flail around, opening the circuit in the process. There isn't even a second USB port on this dinosaur of charging technology.

And this thing is made by Griffin, a leader in the third party smart phone accessory world; are you telling me their miniaturization process is that backwards? This is the most awful thing I've ever purchased.

What's the worst gadget or gadget accessory that you've ever purchased?

 

Back in '06, I was impatient in wanting to by a portable mp3 player, so I went with (an earlier generation) Philips GoGear for a few weeks... should have just waited to get that iPod.

 

I had to buy a projection lamp for my tv after I had owned it for about a year. It was like $100 too...I think they make those things don't last on purpose.

 

so that thing charges pieces of garbage? looks pretty cool.

 

It looks a bit like a security camera to me.
