I love Belgian waffles. In fact, I try to schedule my appts. for tests at the hospital for the one day of the week when the cafeteria serves Belgian waffles with whipped cream and strawberries or blueberries.

Non-stick Teflon is one of the greatest advances in waffle iron technology. They're much easier to clean. I don't like waffles frozen. I just have to make my own. With pecans.

 

I'd be happier with toasted cheese bread, actually.
