Yes, but it brings up a whole new set of chaffing and sweating issues........
As co-founder and The Dark Lord of Cardboard I embrace the duct tape division. Together we will be unstoppable.
All will tremble at our mighty Cardboard and Duct Tape creations.
I can see it now, the awesome power of the duct tape and cardboard united as one!!!!!
hey Karen does it have to be the regular grey duct tape, or are you allowing the red duct tape too?
Oh man, there are so many colors out there...even cammo for those who want to make a cammo trooper.

You need to change your signature. You are the Grand Moff of Duct Tape
Now the circle is complete!
Aw, thanks for the promotion, Matt. Signature changed.
[image=http://tk560.com/fett/DIY-Fett-Pics/23055-paper_helmet_fron.jpg] Here is the cardboard Fett helmet. Pretty sweet!
Matt, that is Nice!!! I feel like a slacker now. I need to get on my duct tape costume.
That is not mine, that is what the finished product will look like, but mine will be finished in time for the next meeting. It's actually a pain the the arse to do.
Sweet. It looks like I won't be around for the next meeting (vacation). So you had better post some pics!!!!
I may have it finished by this weekend. I'll post pictures as soon as I'm done. I don't think I'm going to paint it. I think I'll be going with the all natural cardboard look.
au-natural is the only way to go!
Beutiful, just beutiful!
Impressive... most impressive! Natural is best.
Dang!... am I going to have to learn how to do cardboard props now? Lesseee... paper towel roller, TP, cross sections to build thickness...
I'm also working on a lightsaber using the tube that comes from wrapping paper, and I'm using my kids craft set to make cool things on the paper towel roll hilt.
What are you going to use?
I was thinking about using foam and I wanted to show some examples but the thing is I do not know how to get a picture on here.
Well, you gotta host the pic first (photobucket, personal web space, etc.)
Then use the image tag found here: http://boards.theforce.net/help/Faqs.aspx#htmlcodes
Thank you Bob! After I finish my degree in computer science, I will work on putting up that pic.
THANK YOU BOB!! This is my ex boyfriend. He made his beard out of foam and a pink bead. At first he tried silly string but every time he put on after shave, it would fall off. Finally he got it right. Unfortunately, that is all he got right.
Why's he so serious? Doesn't he know he has that thing on his chin?
He's so serious because he thinks he's soooo cool - making that foam beard and what not!
It does give a fine example of the many uses of foam when it comes to costuming though..........
It shows that there is no limits to foam.
