Looking for movie magazine with Vader and Teddy Bear

Hello everyone, this is one of my first posts so if I have done something wrong please tell me kindly.

Anyhow I am looking for a magazine I saw a long while back. Not sure of the title but it was about movie merchandising and events financial insights into their production. I saw it probably 8 months ago or so. I am looking for it because it has of course a Star Wars article, which goes into detail about the merchandising of Star Wars and talks about ROTJ being overbudget and Lucas collapsing, etc. Darth Vader is one the cover with 2 storntrooers I think. I want it for the pictures of Vader holding a teddy bear.

Any info you guys can throw my way?

Well a magazine cover from 2005 with Vader and stormtroopers covers just about every entertainment magazine in the world since they pretty much all had a cover like that. Never saw one with a teddy bear though! Guess i cant help.

But just FYI, ROTJ arrived exactly on schedule and on budget, with no managment mishaps whatsoever--it was ESB that was a disaster.
