    Well I guess we could always watch the extended editions at someones home or at Crafton and then see the midnight showing of ROTK.

    You could watch the extended versions in the theater during their separate weekends. As far as I know right now, it's just Trilogy Tuesday that's sold out. You might be able to get tickets to the single movies (assuming they're even on sale yet) and then just watch ROTK at midnight (which I think you mentioned).

    hehehe.. even if Trilogy Tues. wasn't sold out, here was my dad's answer to asking if I could go:

    "Hahahahaha... no."

    But he said he's not stopping me from going at midnight for ROTK! ;)

    Wouldn't it have been cool if he had said "Heck, yeah! I'll take you out of school myself and we'll go together!"

    That's what I would've done if I was a little older and had kids old enough to sit through it.
