LOTF interest diminished by Legacy comic?

    I doubt we will see many things that will spoil the books.









    My LOTF interest is diminished by the 10 years since NJO jump more than anything else. The sheer weight of wasted potential bugs me. I mean, what has the 10 years actually given us? Older characters. That's pretty much it.

    ROTS was a tragedy; we knew what would happen, only the way it would happen was a secret, so there was that need to know how it would all come to be. Neither Legacy nor LotF is a tragedy, they are adventures. LoTF a gritty adventure, but still adventure. Legacy for example seems rather intentionally resemble the old, rather carefree Marvel comics. And of course, with ROTJ we already had a happy ending to the whole saga, so the darkness of ROTS was bearable because light would win. All had a meaning and sacrifices would in the end banish the darkness.

    How do you know LOTF won't be a tragedy? How do you know Legacy won't have a happy ending?
