Being a n00b does suck at times. Everyone else here knows that JP's the best brother in the world though. I'm lucky.

oh no, these swords are real. They will cut your head off. They are no official and are in poor condition, and as a Lord of the Rings collector - this is unacceptable as they are of no value to me.

I got this tonight:

I meeet your dad today and confrimed to him that Iwas prepaerd to refund
your money in full but upon your hasty email replies and suggestions ( I
want so threatning or intimadating ) decided to hold back my intentions to
refund are quite simple how ever with your replies once again with deadline
etc etc will only delay what could heve been finalised
As for lying I don not quite see it I was told by my supplier they were (
9ct I assumed he meant made not plated but that is not here nor there as
the rings were an extra to the sword action
Your father said that you had never traded and this was your 1st yet
that is not true ether
I dont want to get in to time wasting tit for tat I told your father that I
would give him the cash if you sent him the swords he says he doesnt want to
get involved but arrived at my front door so he is invlived he has agreed
that your brother will bring the swords over and swamp them for the cash..
Quite simple I will assume you can trust your brother as the safetrader
person.
In light of your previus email of self confessed anger for all know the
damage to the sword may be out of your rage when you relaised that they were
not the expensive licenced copies you were hoping for.
Your father has our address so I guess your brother will know where to
bring the swords to for your refund

 

As always, best to ignore the first 90% of his letters, and concentrate on he last sentence or so.

Hope you get your money back SFL, I sort of know what it's like...sort of.

My flatmate got his eftpos card stolen in town last Friday night (at the Mad Cow, but don't hold that against me!) and they took out $800 so he's pretty bummed as the cops can't do much, so this pisses me off sort of like your situation...****** dishonest people!

Oh yeah and LOTR is cool (keeping it on topic!)

 

I will be getting my money back now. I'm giving the swords to JP who will exchange them for cash in person early October.

Long few weeks, but stoked to be here now.

Graal saw the swords tonight and thought they weren't as bad as he had imagined, however the rings were shocking he said. The swords, really, aren't too bad - they would fool the average joe bloggs. Sadly, I'm not him and the handles are poor - so tough.

 

solo - did the guys who stole the card know his pin? hmmmm dodge.

 

Not that we remember much from that night.....but the guy must have been doin a bit of shoulder surfing and somehow picked up the card when it was getting handed back at the bar..or something like that.


$800 is a hell of a lot of money to a student, and he's pretty much screwed till uni finishes and he can get a job.

 

I reckon. 8 large is heaps to anyone, bar mr gates maybe.

Next friday - I'll need a stretcher people.

Lincoln University Garden Party.

oh yea baby. All assignments will be over. Mass quantities of alcomaholic beverages will be consumed and a care free - staggering-around day in insured.

If in chch - swing my lincoln uni - or keep well clear.

 

Ah yes the infamous Licoln Garden Party. I went a couple of years ago..good times had.

Quite different from UC's end of year stein, much more space and of course Licoln students Too busy to venture into enemy territory this year, oh yeah and leave the poor sheep alone this year!!

Heads up people.

New Zealand Post has brough out the Return of the King stamps (5th Nov). I believe I am recieving the Presentation Pack for my birthday and NZ Post are also bringing out collectors LOTR COINS - which I am also getting I hear.

So, those of you who got the first two presentation packs or any LOTR stamps - best to complete the collection with the third movie.
