I need to be talked down from buying the dvd.

PFF: Put down the dvd. You can wait until November.

Me: No I can't. I must have it NOW!

PFF: Will it make you feel better? Would you be happy with yourself if you have 2 LOTR DVD?

Me: I...I don't know what to think anymore. Help me!

PFF: It's all right. You'll be much stronger for waiting.

    Me: Phew. Thanks.

Are they imports? Or are you just busting my $&*s?

skywalkersound, they are "imports" -----of sorts. TPM is the exception. I got that one at Suncoast.

Walmart has the FOTR dvd for $16.
    good deal.

The booklet that comes with it is cool. They are selling a RING replica among other things.

Couldn't resist any longer...had to buy.

I still can't wait till November.

And I want Aragorn's ring. EVERYTHING in that booklet rocks!

Why can't I be independently wealthy. That would be so nice. Then I could get a full clone trooper uniform too. I would be a sergeant 'cause they got them coool colors.

    Sorry got off topic.

Weak FOOLS!! You have succumb to the DARK SIDE!! ;)

I probably shouldn't let out my secret, but I'm going to snag a copy for free for test driving a Kia.

Wait...that might be worse than shelling out the cash....

I got it at Target for $16.99 in Flagstaff, which caused Blockbuster there to have to lower their price from $22.99 to that price (they were doing price matching).

    That was interesting.

I was just curious. Does the 2 disc set that is out right now have the extra 42 minutes of film in it? Or is that only the 4 disc set? I have looked online for some info and didn't find any. I am probably blind

Subjugator, you're right, but with tax and all it's pretty close to $15, all said and done.

I just read on another board that if you go to KIA and tell the salesmen that all you're interested in is the certificate for the LOTR DVD, but will test drive if you have to, they might just give you the certificate without test driving because they appreciate the honesty about not wasting their time. Try it.

jupitertronic Those are awesome! I just rented the DVD, gonna buy it later. I forgot how much I loved it the first time! I'm absolutely ga-ga over Legolas...he's an elven dream!! [face_love]

I'm reserching the costumes of the elves right now. I especially like Arwen's costumes and of course the Lady of the Woods' as well.

I like Frodo's cape a lot and am thinking about making that for fun.

KnightWriter I know you're leaving Flag soon, but Hastings has it for $14.99 now.

He is just a STUD!!! Actually Mobius ever since I saw his costume, I've wanted to make it. He's got an awesome cape and his tunic is really cool too. Come to think of it...you'd make a pretty good Legolas.
