Luke is great, but if you had to choose between the two, I'd say most girls go for Han. He's more fun. And listen to Vergere-without Han ("that's two you owe me, junior") Luke would still be on Mos Eisely or splattered on the Death Star or frozen on Hoth...

<sigh of relief that Wedge has not been put in the running> I could never choose between the two Corellians. Han is a hottie-but he does have Leia.....

Luke. I used to have such a CRUSH on him! But even though the personality test showed me as Han, I consider myself more a Luke-like character. Naive (did I spell it right?) yet knowledgable.

Han always is there to lend a helping hand, he gives what criminals have coming to them, and most of all, we don't have to worry about him slipping to the dark side and killing us all!

Luke whines, has already turned to the darkside, taught many dark-siders, and is just plain worse than Han.

ANH: I'll take Han in this one. Luke is way to whiney. And Han saves his bacon at the end.

ESB: Han again. He saves Lukes for the second time, has many funny lines, wins Leia over, and gets betrayed by Lando. Han is what makes this movie for me.

ROTJ: I have to pick Luke in this one. Luke saves Han, defeats the Rancor, corrects Hans mistake at the speeder bike scene, and helps redeem Vader. Luke is just too cool in this movie.

So overall its 2 for Han and 1 for Luke. Sorry Luke fans, but I gotta go with Han overall.

As for the politics post which I just saw (I just logged on and checked the last pages of all the threads), First of all, in my opinion, Luke should be on the Dark Side. The light side is just wrong. They don't like when ppl are different from them. A little using of the whole Force will get you hunted down.
For those light side fans, the fact that he was usung the dark side made him stronger. He saw what it was and didn't like it. That made him stay away from it more.
So...VOTE LUKE!
