Luke Skywalker Dagobah Costume: I need help

Can someone help me on making this costume without breaking the bank?

Really? Um, no offence, but I don't see where that request was made.

Loseytwin, have you tried contacting the 501 or Rebel Legion? There's normally at least one person who has done the costume before, or at least knows how.
If you want cheap, take really good look at any photos you can find, and then search clothing stores (regular and vintage/used) for off-the-rack items that are close. So much of the original costumes were just modified regular clothes (from the time), I can't help but laugh.

Somehow I read that as "can someone make me a costume".

Thank you guys. The pants have been my major pain, so I needed help on that mainly. I've contacted nebelwerfer, and he's been a great help.
