I laughed my *** off!! I always found Ric Olie hilarious. Now I find him extra-hilarious because of this thread.

As I was looking at all the responses to this thread, at the bottom, it has all the pages, my brother walked in the room (his name is Indiana James, he's made about 10 posts here, perhaps you know him? hehe). Anyways, Indiana James saw the pages, and did a Ric Olie style-line: "This thread has 5 pages"

Then I followed with a good ol' Ric Olie response: "You catch on pretty quick!"

Ric Olie is one of the best SW supporting characters!!!!

 

Sigh, you're lucky you have people in your family who know Star Wars. Whenever I try to make a joke with a quote, noone knows what I'm talking about. That's why I come here for my humor fix!

Hmmm, if Ric Olie were King of Naboo, things might have turned out differently.

Lott Dodd: This is outrageous! There is no proof!

King Ric: I pointed out the obvious!!

Ric is later voted Supreme Chancellor as he is obviously wise. Palpatine fades into obscurity and becomes a magician for children's parties to make a living. Peace and the wise rule of the Jedi continue in the galaxy for a thousand more years......
