I will try, but is part of a larger pic...of course I am not done and it is due tomorrow...the story of my life, always late...

 

I'm back again and I want to let you all know there is some guy at the Classic Trilogy forum named Jaster81 who thinks that Luke should have been roasted by Boba Fett had the Nikto not fired at Luke and he even called Luke "pukey" and suggesting he wouldn't last long against Boba.

I was hoping that some of you would go down there to set him straight because I tried to do just that and he didn't believed me.

Ta-Da! You are now Tatooine 4. You have lots of gushiness? YAAAAAYY--I mean, that's cool. I don't see as many people gushing over Luke as they used to. Once I saw a thread (it's gone now) where all the [gals] did was gush over Luke (in a different way, though, JK ). I so loved it. *Sob* I miss those days!!

 

I remember that thread too DeJade... Hey, what can you say...Mark was a little hottie back then...too bad his career didn't go so hot But then again he portrayed one of the greatest (IMO) heroes to grace the silver screen...Luke Skywalker. That is none too shabby, I would say. Speaking of Mark, I was home snick last week and watching all sorts of weird stuff on TV, I detest soaps, so I'm watching TLC and The Discovery Channel. So, I'm watching this one program on Discovery Health called Body Challenge and I kept thinking I know this voice that's narrating...it was Mark. It was like listening to Luke Skywalker... It was kinda cool...

 

Naccha: Actually Mark has had a very good career. He has been acting in the theatre and doing voiceovers for years. He has also been a lot of movies. Did you ever see Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back? HE was in that one. Granted it's not Harrison Ford's career, but it has been very active just the same.

 

True enough...I read that he did "Amadeus" on Broadway. That's a great role. I would have liked to seen him in that, since that is one of my fave movies. I saw Jay & Silent Bob, that was hilarious...Carrie was in that too.

 

I've got an old link of an interview to Mark Hammill that was done when Jay & Bob the Silent was going to appear on the screen.

I've read interviews with him that were from TV shows like Oprah and Rosie O'Donnel. Each time he comes on the show they always mention that the audience (SW fans of course) always starts screaming like mad. Oh that must be cool.

Yes he did a lot of stage work, all of which he was HIGHLY PRAISED for, BY CRITICS. [face_shocked] The lead role in Amadeus, Elephant Man, and even a lead role in a musical (yes, he sang and danced). That must have been something to see!!
